Below is a list of suggested accommodations for the CCWH-CCHF conference being held at the Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue, 580 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC (map), 12-15 August 2010.

Reservations: The Group Confirmation number is CCC-GFC426. To get the conference rate, you must quote this number. Guests may book online at www.coasthotels.com until July 13, 2010. After this date, all of the unused rooms will be put back into the hotel’s inventory. Guests can call the hotel’s Toll Free Reservations at 1.800.663.1144 and provide the same booking number. A valid credit card number is required for reservation.
Cancellations: no penalty if cancelled by 4 p.m. two days before arrival date, otherwise one night’s room rental.
No-Show fee: one night’s room rental.

Please note that CCWH has not reserved rooms at Delta. All reservations will be confirmed based upon availability at time of booking. The deadline for this special rate is August 6, 2010. If the Delta Reservations Department receives suite requests after August 6, 2010, the rate will be honoured on an availability basis.

Callers must mention the group name “Edging Forward, Acting Up History Conference” to ensure they receive the appropriate rate and are included in the guest suite block. Requests can also be made through the Delta Hotels & Resorts web page at www.deltahotels.com. Valid credit card number or advance payment of first night’s room rental required for reservation.
No-Show Policy: Should an individual guest with the above stated group no-show without cancelling by 4:00pm day of arrival, the guaranteeing individual will be charged one (1) night’s room and tax.

There is no extra charge for the first 2 adults, or for children under the age of 12. For each additional adult a fee will be applied for a maximum of 4 adults per room. All room charges are subject to a 10% provincial tax and a 5% federal tax. Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival. No-Show fee: one night’s room rental.
